CUES Urgent Eyecare Service

Pioneers of the MECS service, now called CUES, Flint Optometry are proud to support this excellent innovation in eye care. We have daily appointments available for patients worried about new symptoms with their eyes. These may be minor – red or sticky eyes – or more concerning like loss of vision or flashes and floaters.

With easy access to care, we are able to assess and manage many eye conditions or offer prompt access to referral if that is needed.

The NHS CUES service is free at the point of access for patients from Wolverhampton and West Midlands and Staffordshire.

We offer private and NHS Eye Examinations, each tailored to the individual patient.

Using a combination of traditional methods and the very latest equipment, we aim to give you the best possible vision for all your requirements and ensure the health of your eyes.

Our optometrists each have only a small number of appointments per day, ensuring that every patient is given plenty of time and that all assessments can be done by the optometrist, not by unqualified staff.
